Jay Shah

Jay Shah is a Senior Customer Engineer at OneTrust since June 2022, and Jay is the Founder and Head Trader at Trident Trading LLC, where Jay developed a trading algorithm and conducts currency trades on the Global ECN. Previously, Shah served as a Senior Technical Operations Engineer at Safe Systems, enhancing data center infrastructure, and worked as an Azure Network Engineer at Microsoft, addressing connectivity issues with various Azure Network Products. Jay's earlier roles at United Technology Group spanned multiple engineering positions, where Jay gained extensive expertise in networking, virtualization, and technical support. Shah holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology from Kennesaw State University and an Associate of Applied Science in Network and System Administration from Gwinnett Technical College.
