Andrea has overall responsibility for general corporate, legal and compliance matters.
Prior to joining Onex in 2004, Andrea was a senior partner of Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg, one of Canada’s leading business law firms. Her practice focused on domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and private equity transactions.
Andrea holds an LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario and a B.A. from Dalhousie University.
