Chris Govan

CFO at Onex

Chris has overall responsibility for Onex’ finance, treasury, fund management, corporate administration, investor relations, legal and information technology functions. Chris joined Onex in 1998 to head up its tax function and was a Managing Director from 2008 until his appointment as Chief Financial Officer in early 2015.

Prior to joining Onex, Chris was a Senior Tax Manager in Arthur Andersen’s Toronto office.

Chris holds a Master of Accounting and B.A. degrees from the University of Waterloo.
