Heather is responsible for developing and leading Onex’ talent strategy in support of the firm’s plans for continued growth. In partnership with Onex management, Heather is focused on key processes related to people management, including recruiting, professional development, and organizational culture and diversity.
Prior to joining Onex, Heather was based in New York as Executive Director, Global Experience and Executive Recruiting at J.P. Morgan and earlier as an executive search consultant with Korn/Ferry’s Investment Banking & Private Equity practice.
Heather holds an M.Sc. in Management Research from the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford and an Honours Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
