Davy Ramos

Davy Ramos began their career in 2014 as a Técnico de Informática at Academia Wanda Bambirra. In 2015, they became a Professor Voluntário at Movimento Familiar Cristão. In 2016, they joined MPS as an Analista de Suporte, where they provided customer support, solved software issues, and assisted with software implementation. In 2022, they began working at Onfly as a Scrum Master, responsible for the interface between Customer Success, Operations, and Technology. In this role, they ensured that all Sprint events occurred, were productive, and kept within the timebox. Davy also catalyzed the continuous improvement of processes through inspection, adaptation, and transparency in events, metrics, and relationships.

Davy Ramos has a comprehensive educational background. In 2022, they obtained a Pós-graduação Lato Sensu - MBA in Gestão Ágil de Projetos from IGTI. From 2019 to 2021, they completed a Curso Superior de Tecnologia (CST) in Processos Gerenciais from Centro Universitário UNA. In addition, they hold certifications from Instituto de Gestão e Tecnologia da Informação, including Gerente de Projetos (obtained in August 2022), Agile Expert (obtained in April 2022), and Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) (obtained in January 2022) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile.
