Thea Castro has served as a Research Specialist at OnFrontiers since June 2019, contributing to an Enterprise Knowledge Network platform that assists federal contractors and other businesses by facilitating on-demand access to subject matter experts. In this role, Thea focuses on helping organizations build and curate networks of experts and capturing intellectual capital to enhance competitiveness and agility in solving business challenges. Prior to this position, Thea worked at Filterbuy from January 2018 to June 2019, providing recruiting support and managing email and communication tasks.
