Manav Jain

Manav Jain is an experienced leader in human resources and business operations, currently serving as Chief Business Officer at OnGrid since April 2025. Previously, Manav held the position of CHRO & Global Head of Operations at LocoNav from July 2022 to March 2025, overseeing global HR and operations across over 30 countries. As a co-founder of HYRR, a short video-based hiring platform, and UniHyr, a SaaS-enabled hiring marketplace, Manav has consistently focused on innovative recruitment solutions. Earlier roles include Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Paytm and Program Manager for Performance & Talent at Microsoft, along with various HR leadership positions at Coromandel International Limited. Manav holds a Management Development Program from the Asian Institute of Management, a PGD in PMIR from XLRI Jamshedpur, and a B.E in Chemical Engineering from Panjab University.
