Renu Menezes, SHRM-SCP has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Renu is currently serving as the Vice President of People at ONI. Prior to this, they held the position of President at Rensan Inc. Renu also has experience in academia, having worked as an Assistant Professor at the University of Maryland Global Campus.
Before their academic role, they worked as an Associate Faculty at the University of Arizona Global Campus, where they taught courses for the Bachelor of Arts, Human Resource Management degree. Renu has also held leadership positions in various organizations. Renu served as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Surgalign, a global medical technology company, where they led HR and guided the organization through growth.
In addition, Renu held multiple roles at Dart NeuroScience LLC, including VP of Human Resources and Operations, VP/Senior Director of Human Resources, and Head/Director of Human Resources. Renu was responsible for scaling the company, advising the executive team, and developing HR strategies.
Earlier in their career, Renu worked as the Director of Human Resources at Helicon Therapeutics Inc, where they built the HR department and managed all HR practices. Renu also served as the President of RENSAN INC and worked as a Human Resource Advisor and International Recruiter at Triad Data Inc.

Renu Menezes, SHRM-SCP, holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Development from Indiana State University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the same institution.
