Sebastián García-Herreros currently serves as the Head of EMEA at OniGroup, focusing on sales growth and leadership development within a technology-driven environment since January 2023. Prior to this role, Sebastián held various positions at Shorelight, culminating in the role of Head of UK/I & Europe and Associate Director of Direct Sales, where oversight included leading global direct sales teams. Sebastián's experience also encompasses leadership roles in enrollment services and recruitment for Latin America, alongside mentorship in entrepreneurship at Universidad de Los Andes. Academic credentials include a Master in Entrepreneurship from the University of Cambridge and participation in the Executive Leadership Programme at the University of Oxford, complemented by degrees in business administration and literature from Universidad de Los Andes and TBS Education.
