Peter Rubino

Peter Rubino is an experienced executive in customer experience and success, currently serving as Chief Customer Officer at Onit since 2025. Previously, Peter held various senior roles at Conga, including Senior Vice President and Vice President of Customer Experience from 2020 to 2024, and Regional Vice President of Customer Experience from 2016 to 2019. Prior experience includes Senior Director of Global Customer Success at Model N, Senior and Managing Consultant at IBM, Program Manager at Chrysler LLC, and Inventory Manager/Account Executive at Distribution Solutions International. Peter holds an MBA in Management from Michigan State University and a BSBA in Logistics from Central Michigan University.
