Julie Butera

Julie Butera is an experienced professional in asset management and special servicing, currently serving as Manager of Special Servicing at Ocwen Financial Corporation since September 2015, where notable achievements include improving the S&P Small Balance Commercial Special Servicer Rating and resolving a significant portion of the commercial loan and REO portfolio. Previously, at Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, as Assistant Vice President, Butera supervised a team managing over $500 million in delinquent loans, successfully resolving half of the distressed portfolio for a major client. Earlier roles include Senior Analyst/Asset Manager at First American Loss Mitigation Services, where Butera achieved the highest resolution and lowest re-default rates in the company. Additional experience includes managing portfolios for Primary Corporate Group and working with the Resolution Trust Corporation.
