Elisa Zavarise has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Elisa started their career in 2006 as an HR trainee at Agorà Formazione. In 2008, they joined Calzedonia Group as a Retail HR specialist and worked in this role until 2015. From 2015 to 2018, they served as the International Retail HR Manager at Calzedonia Group. In 2018, they were promoted to the position of Retail HR Manager Italy. Currently, they hold the position of Head of HR - Brands at Calzedonia Group, starting from March 2023.
Elisa Zavarise has a comprehensive education history in the field of Organizational Psychology. Elisa obtained a Diploma in Languages from Liceo Scientifico G.Fracastoro from 1997 to 2002. Elisa then pursued their Bachelor's degree at Università degli Studi di Padova from 2002 to 2005 in the same field. Continuing their academic journey, Elisa completed their Master's degree in Organizational Psychology at Università degli Studi di Padova from 2005 to 2007. Additionally, in 2006 to 2007, they also pursued a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
