Scott Fleming has over 16 years of work experience, starting as a Stress Analyst at an Aerospace Company in 2005. In 2006, they became the Systems Engineering Lead within the same company, a position they held until 2012. In 2012, they moved to Google where they started as a Customer Success Manager until 2016, when they became Head of Professional Services (Public Sector & Security) until 2021. Scott was then promoted to Director, Global Public Sector Professional Services until 2023, when they joined Onix as their Senior Vice President of Services, Global Public Sector.
Scott Fleming earned their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Caltech in 2005. Following this, they obtained a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Southern California in 2007.
