Jeff Adkin

Jeff Adkin has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Jeff started their career at Microsoft in 2004, where they held multiple roles including Premier Field Engineer and MSIT Engineer until 2013. Jeff then joined TrainSignal as an Instructor for a few months before becoming an Author at Pluralsight in 2013. In 2017, Jeff worked as an AI Project Lead at IBM Watson AI - Think Tank Labs until 2019. Since 2014, Jeff has been with Online Business Systems, initially serving as the Innovation Services Practice Lead and currently holding the position of Director, Infrastructure and Automation Research.

Jeff Adkin completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science from the University of Manitoba in 1996. Jeff also earned a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the same university in 1996. In 2018, they pursued a course on "Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy" at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Additionally, they completed Professional Studies focused on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence at MIT in 2018.
