Workplace Experience Manager at Onomondo

I've worked in the service industry since 2011. I was introduced to facilities management and HR in 2018, when I joined Janus at bmetric, and have been working with this ever since.

I found Onomondo through Janus. When I saw his announcement on LinkedIn that he joined the company, I thought that it must be a great company since he decided to join it - so I followed Onomondo on LinkedIn. A few months later, I saw Anders' recruitment video on LinkedIn, and thought it was a really cool way to attract talent.

By looking into Onomondo's vision and mission, I had no doubts that I wanted to work with them. After having the interviews and meeting Michael, Henrik and Anders, I was completely hooked on Onomondo's culture and could really see myself fitting in.

Why did Onomondo choose me? I think they did so because they saw someone with a lot of energy, who was focused on helping make the company's growth journey a smooth one for both the existing employees and the new ones, while prioritising our culture every step along the way.

Now that I'm here, there is no place else I would rather be.
