Monica Hogan Thysell

Monica Hogan Thysell has over a decade of experience in marketing, product marketing, operations, and choreography. In 2019, they began their current role as Director of Product Marketing at OnPay, a company that offers flexible payroll and HR solutions. Prior to this, they were Artistic Director + Choreographer at Monica Hogan Danceworks from 2013-2019. From 2012-2019, they held a variety of roles at FDM Group, including Marketing Manager, North America, US Marketing Team Lead, Marketing Coordinator, and Marketing Assistant. From 2011-2012, they were a Content Writer at DancePlug and a Marketing Intern at American Ballet Theatre. From 2008-2009, they were a Content Blogger at the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at Duke University and a Marketing and Administration Intern at Duke University Dance Program. Finally, they were an Administrative Intern at The A.I. Group, Inc. in 2009.

Monica Hogan Thysell holds a Bachelor's degree from Duke University, where they studied Markets and Management Studies, Biology, and Dance. Monica also holds an Inbound Marketing Certification from HubSpot.
