James Hogan

James Hogan has extensive work experience in the field of cybersecurity and management. James started their career in the US Air Force as a Chief Master Sergeant, serving from 1973 to 2003. After that, they worked as NE Region Director at ARC IAI/EADS NA DS3 from 2003 to 2007. Following this, they joined GDIT where they held roles as IAM and Information Assurance Manager from 2007 to 2014. Hogan then joined OnPoint in 2014, where they worked as a Cybersecurity Manager. Finally, they retired as a Cybersecurity Manager in 2017.

James Hogan obtained their Associate of Arts degree in Communication Technology from the Community College of the Air Force in 1987. James then pursued further education and earned an Associate of Arts degree in Computer Studies from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 1989. In 1994, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computing and Information Science from McKendree University. Later, in 2001, Hogan obtained their Master of Arts degree in Management from Webster University. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) in 2010, Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT) in 2009, and Cerified Information System Manager (CISM) in 2004, all from ISACA.
