Deborah Davidson

Deborah Davidson has extensive experience in Human Resources management, currently serving as General Manager of Human Resources at Onsite Rental Group since June 2014. In this role, Deborah leads the HR function, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic vision, mission, and values. Prior to this, Deborah held the position of General Manager - Human Resources at AWA from October 2009 to June 2014, where operational and strategic leadership was provided in line with the company's objectives. Earlier professional experience includes serving as Human Resources Director at Emerson Network Power, where Deborah was responsible for HR activities in the South East Asia region, and as Compensation Benefits Manager, focusing on compensation and benefit programs across the Asia Pacific. A notable achievement includes developing and implementing a job classification and remuneration structure for the region.
