Maxwell Oyom Ceng

Maxwell Oyom CEng, CMgr is a seasoned professional in the nuclear power sector, currently serving as Senior Manager Construction at Ontario Power Generation since August 2023, where leadership and strategic direction are provided to the Construction Center of Excellence commissioning team. Prior to this role, Maxwell held positions as Senior Fluid Systems Commissioning Engineer at Framatome and Edvance, contributing to significant commissioning efforts for nuclear power plants including the Flamanville 3 and Hinkley Point C. Experience spans across commissioning engineering roles with EDF, where Maxwell was involved in advanced reactor designs and provided technical expertise for nuclear operations. Educational qualifications include a degree in Advanced Project Management for Engineers from the University of Oxford and an M.Sc. in Applied Instrumentation and Control from Glasgow Caledonian University.
