Jennifer Bluhm

VP, Community Outreach Services at Ontario SPCA

Jennifer Bluhm has more than 20 years of experience with the Ontario SPCA and Humane Society. Jennifer started her career in a dual role as an investigator and animal centre manager, working her way up to becoming a Senior Inspector and then Acting Chief Inspector for the Society.

She now leads the Community Outreach team delivering mobile and community support services across the province. Jennifer has spoken at many post-secondary institutions and conferences as an animal welfare subject matter expert.  Throughout her career, Jennifer has worked with all levels of government advocating for the humane treatment of animals and believes in the power of prevention to improve animals’ lives.
