Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Ontario Northland since May 2011, Chad oversees the operations of a provincial crown agency focused on delivering innovative transportation solutions. Prior to this role, Chad was Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Services, where strategic innovation was key, and Vice President of Corporate Services, ensuring effective administrative support across divisions. Additional experience includes positions as Director of Information Technology at Ontario Northland, ISO/IEC 20000 Assessor at Loyalist Certification Services, and Manager of Information Technology Services at Canadore College. Chad's early career featured public speaking and IT service management consultancy, delivering training to major clients and contributing to best practices in IT. Academic credentials include an MBA in International Management from the University of London and a BBA with Honors in Economics from Nipissing University.
