Currently serving as the Sustainment Engineering Manager at Ontic since July 2014, James has progressed through various roles including Product Support Engineering Team Lead and Post Design Support Engineer. Prior to Ontic, James worked at Kaliber Ltd as a Design and Development Engineer and held a Technical Recruitment Consultant position at Omega Resource Group. James's foundational experience was gained at Smiths Aerospace, where roles varied from Hardware Engineer to Product Integration Engineering Team Leader. Educationally, James holds a Higher National Diploma, Higher National Certificate, and Ordinary National Diploma in Electronic and Communication Engineering from GLOSCAT, complemented by earlier studies at Brockworth.
