Richard's career spans over three decades, including positions as a Projects Engineer at GE Aviation from 2007 to 2014 and at Smiths Aerospace from 2000 to 2007. Earlier experience includes an engineering position at Dowty Aerospace Hydraulics from 1992 to 2000.
