Jason Lim

Jason Lim is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as a Legal Consultant at InCloudCounsel since April 2021, Jason previously held the position of Registered Foreign Lawyer at Kirkland & Ellis from November 2019 to April 2021. Prior experience includes roles as an Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where Jason also served as a Trainee Solicitor. Notably, during a secondment at Goldman Sachs International, Jason was involved in negotiating prime brokerage and stock lending agreements. Jason holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from King's College London, completed between 2009 and 2012.
