John Lofy

John Lofy serves as the Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Ontra since March 2024. Prior to this role, John held significant positions at Litera from January 2020 to March 2024, including Vice President of Customer Success and Managing Director of Transaction Management, where responsibility included full P&L management and leading teams to achieve over 60% year-over-year growth. John also contributed as Global Vice President of Client Management at HighQ, playing a key role in the company's successful exit to Thomson Reuters in 2019. John’s earlier experience includes leadership roles at Lexmark Enterprise Software, TechExcel, and BenefitPoint, as well as consulting at PeopleSoft, demonstrating a consistent track record of driving revenue growth and client success across multiple industries. John possesses a BS in Electrical Engineering from UCLA.
