Tyler Eve

Tyler Eve is currently serving as the Director, HR Business Partner-Corporate at OnTrac since December 2023, providing support to C-Level leaders in Finance, IT, Legal, HR, and Commercial to enhance employee performance. Previously, Tyler held various roles at Cardinal Health from August 2010 to December 2023, including Manager of HR Business Partner, where responsibilities encompassed supporting over 1,500 Quality and Regulatory Affairs employees globally, driving talent management strategies, and providing leadership coaching. Tyler has a strong background in HR support for professional employees, compensation plan design, and employee engagement initiatives, as well as experience in managing service centers and implementing HR technology solutions. Tyler holds a BSBA in Human Resources from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
