Tyler Hernandez currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources, Talent Management & Employee Experience at OnTrac since April 2025, where responsibilities include shaping enterprise people strategies and guiding cross-functional alignment across HR. Prior experience at Target from March 2018 to April 2025 encompasses roles as Senior Director of Human Resources for Global Supply Chain & Logistics, Director of Learning and Development, and Regional Director of Human Resources, leading initiatives that advanced workforce strategy and developed leadership programs for thousands of employees. Tyler's earlier career includes serving as a Military Intelligence Officer in the United States Army, leading a team of analysts for national security initiatives, and instructing leadership courses at Texas Christian University, from which Tyler earned a Bachelor’s degree.
