Michael Sherman recently retired as managing director in the investment banking division at Barclays PLC. Prior to Barclays, Mr. Sherman was managing director in investment banking at Lehman Brothers, Inc. Prior to Lehman Brothers, Mr. Sherman was an investment banker at Salomon Brothers inc. Mr. Sherman began his career as a securities lawyer with Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton in New York and Hong Kong. Mr. Sherman also serves on the Board of Directors of BioVie, Inc. Mr. Sherman earned his BA from the University of Pennsylvania, magna cum laude and law degree from Harvard Law School, cum laude.
