Childs was the Chief Administrative Officer at PeaceHealth from January 2018 to January 2025, overseeing a not-for-profit health system of 10 hospitals in the Pacific Northwest. Previously, Childs held the position of Director of Pharmacy at Intermountain Healthcare from August 2015 to June 2018. Academic credentials include a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Southern California and a Master of Science in Health System Pharmacy Administration from Northeast Ohio Medical University.
