Alexandre Casteau

Alexandre Casteau is the Head of Strategy & Corporate Development at ONWARD Medical, a company focused on neuromodulation technologies for individuals with paralysis, and has played a key role in securing ten FDA Breakthrough Device Designations. Previously, as Chief of Staff at ONWARD Medical, Alexandre led strategic initiatives in collaboration with the C-suite and Board of Directors. During a tenure at McKinsey & Company, Alexandre excelled as a Strategy Consultant, managing significant projects across six countries and launching the McKinsey Switzerland startup service line, while also receiving sponsorship for an MBA at INSEAD. Additional consultancy roles include contributions to Red Bull Soccer International, FutureLabs Ventures, and Blockchain Founders Fund, as well as a leadership position at Endeavor Colombia. Alexandre's educational background encompasses a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD, a Master of Science from MIT Sloan, and a postgraduate degree from The London School of Economics.
