Fakher Haddaoui

Fakher Haddaoui is a Digital Learning Specialist at Oodrive since June 2020, specializing in developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills. Previously, Fakher worked as a Software Support Engineer, providing technical assistance and facilitating communication between engineering and customer operations teams. Prior experience includes roles as a Solutions Advisor and CARE Specialist at Vistaprint, where excellent customer support was delivered, as well as technical support roles at Euro Information Telecom and Teleperformance. Earlier career highlights include an internship as a Flight Dispatcher at Tunisair Airlines and co-founding Jet Set Events, alongside owning a car rental business. Fakher holds a degree in Flight Dispatch from the International Training Center of Civil Aviation and an Associate's degree in IT from the Institute of Computer and Internet ICF.
