Artem Koltsov has held various software development positions in different companies since 1997. Artem'smost recent position is a Software Architect with Ookla since October 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Software Solutions with FES – Further Enterprise Solutions from 2014 to 2019, a Senior Software Developer with HP Enterprise Security from 2012 to 2014, and a Software Developer on a contract basis with FES from 2011 to 2012. Koltsov also had experience as an Associate Commodities Developer with Morgan Stanley (2007-2011), a Senior Java Developer with UBS Investment Bank (2006-2007) on a consultant role with Sapient, a Programmer Analyst with Sprint Nextel, Inc. Artem Koltsov received their MS in Software Engineering from Kharkov State University of Radio Electronics in 1994. From 1994 to 1996, they pursued a PhD in Computer Science at the same university.
