David Fong

David Fong has worked in multiple roles across different industries. David began their career in 2007 as a Pet Expert at PetSmart, providing animal care and customer service. David later worked as a Videographer at PLD Video from 2009 to 2013. In 2013, they became a Research Assistant at the Social Development Research Group- University of Washington, where they managed various databases and prompted survey respondents via phone and social media.

In 2015, Fong joined Ookla, where they worked in various roles, including Operations Coordinator, Data QA Analyst, and Sr. Data Quality Program Manager. In these roles, they coordinated with internal clients on data improvements, managed rollouts for new products or data sets, and maintained and improved quality assurance processes.
