Andrew Galligan

Andrew Galligan currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Arcellx since March 2025, where Andrew is part of the Audit Committee. In addition, Andrew has been a member of the Board of Directors for Ooma, Inc. since December 2014, holding the position of Chair of the Audit Committee. Andrew has an extensive financial background, having served as CFO for multiple companies, including Nevro Corporation from June 2010 to July 2020, ooma from February 2009 to June 2010, Reliant Technologies, Inc. from July 2007 to December 2008, Metrika, Inc. from 2003 to 2007, Corcept Therapeutics from 2001 to 2003, Amira Medical from 1998 to 2001, and Molecular Devices Corp from 1993 to 1998. Additionally, Andrew held the position of Chairman of the Audit Committee at diaDexus from November 2010 to January 2015. Educationally, Andrew earned a BBS degree from Trinity College Dublin between 1973 and 1977.
