Shir Harel

Shir Harel has a diverse work experience. They started their career as a Banker at Mizrahi-Tefahot Bank from 2015 to 2016. They then worked as a Recruitment & Placement Coordinator at Nisha Group from 2017 to 2018. Later, they joined AnyVision as a Talent Acquisition professional, where they were part of a team specializing in AI, deep learning, and computer vision. From 2019 to 2021, Shir worked as an HR Business Partner at Oosto, responsible for various HR activities such as recruiting, employee life cycle management, and career consulting. More recently, they held the position of Head of HR Israel at Oosto from 2021 to 2022. Currently, Shir serves as the Head of HR Global at Oosto.

Shir Harel received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Peres Academic Center, completing the program from 2012 to 2015.
