Hamdi Allam has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Hamdi is currently working at OP Labs as a Senior Software Engineer since May 2023. Hamdi was involved in the implementation of Plasma MVP, a blockchain scaling solution, and received funding from the Ethereum Foundation & Ethereum Community Fund for this project. Hamdi also contributed to Blockchain at Berkeley as a Developer from February 2018 to June 2018.

Following this, from 2017 to 2019, Hamdi pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S) in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of California, Berkeley.
