Fred Czerwonka has a diverse work experience, starting in 2008 as the Assistant Superintendent at West Plains Schools. Fred then became the Superintendent in 2009 and played a crucial role in developing and implementing a strategic plan for the future of public education in the district. In 2013, they founded and became the President of The Cornerstone Group, where they focused on leadership, building relationships, and helping others achieve their goals. Since 2018, Fred has been working at Opaa! Food Management, first as the Area Director of Operations and currently as the Vice President of People.
Fred Czerwonka earned their Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from Saint Louis University, which they attended from 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, they obtained their Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in the same field of study at Freed-Hardeman University, where they studied from 1993 to 1995.
In addition to their degrees, Fred has obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in June 2023.
