Damien Rosengren

Damien Rosengren has extensive experience in the aged care sector, currently serving as the General Manager of Opal Windward Manor since December 2013, overseeing the operations of a 114-bed premium aged care facility in Chiswick, NSW. Previously held the role of Clinical Manager at Opal Stanmore, where responsibilities included providing care services for clients with chronic mental health and substance abuse issues. Prior experience includes serving as Facility Services Manager at Columbia Aged Care Services' Strathdale Centre, managing a 126-bed residential aged care facility. Damien possesses a Graduate Certificate in Mental Health (Older Adult) from the New South Wales Institute of Psychiatry, a Bachelor of Health Science in Gerontology from Charles Sturt University, and a Diploma of Health Science in Pre-Nursing Studies from the University of Sydney.
