Jonathan Fisch has a diverse background in finance and business development. Jonathan currently holds the position of VP Investments and IR at OPC Energy. Prior to this, they worked as an Investment Director at QUANTUM PACIFIC (UK) LLP. From 2016 to 2021, Jonathan served as the Business Development and IR Director at Kenon Holdings Ltd. Before that, they worked as the Director of Finance and Business Development at OPC Rotem, a subsidiary of IC Power. Jonathan began their career at BDO Ziv Haft Israel, where they worked as a Corporate Finance Project Manager.
Jonathan Fisch earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University in the years 2004 to 2007. Jonathan then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Financial Management at Tel Aviv University from 2008 to 2009. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Charted Accountant from the Israeli Ministry of Justice in 2009.

OPC Energy
O.P.C. Energy is the first private electricity company in Israel. The Company was incorporated in 2010 and is active in the field of power generation and supply, including development, construction and operation of power plants, as well as power generation and supply to private customers and to Israel Electricity Corporation (IEC). The Company generated about 5% of the electricity consumption in Israel in 2018. The subsidiary, O.P.C. Rotem Ltd. holds a license for generating and selling electricity for a period of 30 years. The Rotem power plant is the first private power plant in Israel, which began commercial operations in July 2013, and has an installed capacity of 466 MW. In addition, there is the Hadera power plant with an installed capacity of up to 148.5 MW (commercial operation expected to start in the first quarter of 2020) and the Zomet power plan (a “Peaker Plant” – under development), with an installed capacity of up to 396 MW, holds a conditional license for the generation and sale of electricity.
