Alejandro Castillo is a research and development manager at Open Blue since February 2023, specializing in genetics, fish feed, fish health, nutrition, and broodstock. Previously, Alejandro served as a compliance and quality coordinator at Martin Brower from July 2021 to January 2023, and held multiple roles at Open Blue, including QHSE management system coordinator and assistant in new product development between June 2020 and July 2021. Alejandro's earlier experience includes a position at Kerry focused on research and development in logistics and planning, consulting in the food industry, and assisting in maintenance at Solo Cup Company. Alejandro holds an MBA from ADEN University and degrees in food engineering from Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá and integrated management sciences from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
