Mark Furlong II

Mark Furlong II has extensive experience in technical support and IT management, currently serving as a Technical Support Analyst at Open Dental Software since March 2016, following a role as Software Support Technician. Prior to this, Mark held the position of IT Manager at Sendit Direct Mail & Fulfillment from August 2001 to March 2016, where responsibilities included fulfilling supervisory, account management, and customer service roles while managing high-stress situations and collaborating with management to optimize business operations. Mark's early career included a brief stint as an Unloader at UPS in 2001. Mark is currently pursuing a degree in General Education with a focus on Business from Chemeketa Community College.
