Jessica Buch

Jessica Buch, Ed.D., currently serves as the Director of Academic Quality & Development at Open English, responsible for training, assessment, and student satisfaction across four online learning brands. With a strong background in educational quality assurance and curriculum design, Jessica has held various roles, including Senior Manager and Academic Quality Coach at Open English, and has acted as a Lecturer for the University of Miami, teaching Organizational Learning to doctoral students. Previous experience includes TEFL Teacher Trainer at Costa Rica TEFL and Curriculum Developer at ESL Premier, alongside marketing and teaching roles at INTERCULTURA COSTA RICA and Pearson, where Jessica managed educational measurement projects. Jessica earned a Doctor of Education in Applied Learning Science from the University of Miami and holds a Master’s in English as a Second Language/Sociolinguistics from Hamline University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts from Bethel University.
