Camilla Mottironi's work experience includes being Head of Digital Communication at Open Fiber since 2017. In this role, they are responsible for managing the digital communication department and overseeing the development of communication strategies for web and social media channels. Camilla also supervises the customer relationship management team and crisis communication on digital touchpoints. Prior to their current role, they worked as a freelance marketing consultant for small businesses and startups, providing support in business model development and communication and marketing strategies. Camilla has collaborated with various brands and associations in the fashion, finance, legal, and cultural sectors. Additionally, Camilla has served as a teacher at the IED Istituto Europeo di Design and as a guest speaker at Economia Tor Vergata. Camilla has also been involved with Ninja Academy as a juror, evaluating and assisting aspiring marketing managers. Before transitioning into the marketing field, Camilla gained work experience as a Sales Associate, Marketing Communication Manager, and Press Officer for various companies. Camilla also worked as a Tutor for students with disabilities at Università degli Studi Roma Tre, contributing to the creation of the position and developing accessible programs for disabled students.
Camilla Mottironi completed a Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza (Law) from Università degli studi Roma TRE between 2008 and 2014. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. These include "Fondamenti di Marketing Digitale" from Google Digital Training in September 2022, "Open Fiber | Digital Shapers Program" from Talent Garden in November 2021, "Agile Project Management Foundation Examination" from APMG International in October 2021, "Digital Transformation, a Communications Perspective" from the University of California, Berkeley in March 2021, and "Communication Manager: il piano di comunicazione integrata" from Cegos in November 2018.
