Julie Shipkoski, MS, RDN, LD has extensive experience in the field of nutrition and food services. Julie has held various titles such as Director of Quality Assurance & Compliance at Open Hand Atlanta, Director of Food Services, Food Services Manager, and Administrative Dietitian at different companies. Throughout their career, Julie has been responsible for overseeing menu planning, food safety, customer satisfaction, product development, compliance with regulations, and establishing relationships with clients and vendors. Julie holds a Master of Science in Health Sciences with a concentration in Nutrition from Georgia State University.
