Laura Leach

Laura Leach has extensive experience in facilities management and workplace inclusivity, currently serving as the Global Head of Inclusion, Wellbeing & Workspace at OPEN Health since February 2011. Over the years at OPEN Health, Laura has held various key positions, including Director of Global Workspace Experience and Global Facilities Director, and started as Group Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO. Prior to OPEN Health, Laura worked as a Recruitment Consultant at STAR Medical and Chiltern Recruitment Limited and gained experience as an Account Manager at GSK.
