Starting in 2012, Sterner worked at OPEN MINDS Circle, where they held various positions including Marketing & Business Development Intern, Marketing Coordinator, and Strategic Account Advisor. From May 2017 to May 2018, Sterner worked as a Senior Consultant at the company. Following this, they became the Director of Advertising & Vendor Relations from May 2018 to September 2018.

After completing their undergraduate studies, they continued their education at the same institution from 2015 to 2018 and obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Communications - Digital Media.
