Dheeraj Kumar

Dheeraj Kumar is an experienced professional with a strong background in government relations, digital strategy, and business development. Currently serving in the Government Relations role at Open Network For Digital Commerce (ONDC) since February 2023, Dheeraj has previously held positions at Invest India focusing on strategy, and at the Office of the Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India in strategic alliances. Dheeraj has consulted for various government organizations at Ernst & Young Global Consulting Services, contributed to business development at unlimit IoT Pvt Ltd, and managed projects as a business consultant at Tech Mahindra and as a program head at Nokia Siemens Networks. Dheeraj holds an MBA in Digital, Marketing, and Finance from Symbiosis Institute of Digital & Telecom Management, along with multiple PMP certifications from recognized institutes.
