Rachael Milligan

Rachael Milligan currently serves as the Head of PR - Senior Partner at Open Partners since January 2025. Prior to this role, Rachael held various positions at Brazen PR from March 2021 to December 2024, including Associate Director and Group Head, Senior Account Director, and Account Director at a multi-award-winning PR agency recognized for its innovative approach. Rachael also worked as a Senior PR Account Manager at Jaywing from October 2020 to April 2021 and served at Frank as both Account Manager and Senior Account Executive from August 2018 to September 2020. Earlier in Rachael's career, a role as Communications and Engagement Assistant was held at North of England Commissioning Support from January 2015 to January 2017. Rachael holds a Master of Arts in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from Teesside University and a degree in Public Relations, Communication and Media Studies from Edge Hill University.
