Charlotte Firmin

Charlotte Firmin, SPHR, currently serves as the Director of Global HR Business Partner and Acting Deputy Director at Open Society Foundations since June 2021, leading the Advisory Partner department and providing senior advisory support on employee-related matters. Formerly, Charlotte held roles as HR Business Partner at Population Services International and InfoCepts, where responsibilities included workforce planning, employee relations, and fostering high-performing teams. Charlotte’s earlier experience as HR Business Partner and HR Manager at Airbus Group involved managing HR administration and expatriate movements in the UAE. Charlotte holds a Master's degree in Finance from TBS Education and a degree in International Business from Universidad de Los Andes.
