Stelios Markoulis

Stelios Markoulis is a seasoned finance professional with extensive educational qualifications and faculty experience. Currently serving as Visiting Faculty at both the University of Cyprus and the Open University of Cyprus since 2012, Markoulis previously held significant roles at Laiki Bank, including Head of Deposits and Investments, from 2008 to 2013, and various leadership positions at Laiki Investments from 1996 to 2008. Markoulis holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Finance from Cass Business School, along with multiple master's degrees in Shipping, Trade and Finance and Accounting and Finance, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Studies with a focus on Finance, all obtained from prestigious institutions including Cass Business School and The London School of Economics and Political Science.
